Coco Baby guarantees 100% satisfaction. Products can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Products can be exchanged up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be new, unused and undamaged with original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any eligible product, we will not accept any returns unless they have first been approved by Coco Baby. Coco Baby does not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted items back to Coco Baby; return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. Shipping charges and any duty/brokerage fees are not refundable.
Please note that for safety reasons, personal skin care products cannot be returned.
Any personalized items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse. We are not liable to refund and/or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.
SALE items are eligible for exchange and store credit only. The customer will pay shipping expenses for exchanged items.
Credit card refunds will be processed once your package has been received. Your refund will be processed within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post transactions to your account.
Note: We do not offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale after they have been purchased at the regular price.
