Orders shipped outside of Canada pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and/or custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel, or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. No Federal (GST) taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada.
All in stock orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours from purchase. If an item is on back order or you have requested a pattern/size that we do not have in stock, your item should ship from us within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise specified by us.
